1.     Brief Introduction

CL-300KN series multi-functional electronic tension machine is used to measure the mechanical properties of various materials such as tensile, compression, bending, shearing, tearing and peeling.

This machine is a Longmen rack with a novel and elegant appearance. The computer digital speed regulation system is equipped with force sensor and automatic tracking device. The data acquisition, storage, processing and printing test results of the electrical appliances using PC and interface circuit board can be used to calculate some basic physical parameters of the material bottom, such as maximum force, yield force, average peeling force and maximum deformation. During the test, the microcomputer collects the force and deformation signals in real time, and the software displays the "force-displacement" curve. After the test, the parameters are automatically calculated and saved, and the required bottom report form can be printed out.

2.         Structure Principle

  The main engine is composed of electronic speed regulation system, transmission mechanism, force measuring system and elongation automatic tracking device.

Electronic speed control system: This machine adopts AC speed control, corresponding to the stretching speed of 1-Xmm/min (X is the user's requirement), to return at the highest speed.

Transmission mechanism: The motor drives the screw synchronously through the reducer, and the two screw synchronously drives the moving beam.

Force measuring system: The force sensor is installed on the moving beam of the main engine (the sensor is only subjected to vertical force, not torsion and direction finding force) to ensure accurate force measurement. During the test, the force of the sample can be changed from the sensor into electrical signal input.

Elongation tracking device: This device is used to measure the deformation of the specimen. It can be tracked by an external tracker or by a built-in tracker. It can also be tracked without the tracker.
